Tuesday, April 18^th marked the 20^th anniversary of the dikes failing in Grand Forks, North Dakota. The Red River Valley Flood of 1997 caused millions of dollars of damage as well as thousands of residents being displaced. Three members of our staff who were deployed to the flood, reflect back on the event. They discuss everything from the high water levels to hazardous driving conditions.
