WSP USA Inspection Services Provides Inspectors with the Knowledge, Skills, and Support for Success
We at WSP USA Inspection Services believe that a well-informed and trained inspector will have the best opportunity for success. Unlike many inspection providers, WSP USA Inspection Services pays inspectors to complete mission and duty readiness training required to conduct FEMA inspections. Our comprehensive training program consists of interactive online and instructor-led webinars and workshops. Our instructors are proven performers and are excellent role models of quality behavior. Refresher training keeps all inspectors challenged, motivated and engaged.
An inspector must satisfactorily complete all required mission and duty ready training before being authorized to complete FEMA Disaster Housing inspections. When a new inspector is first deployed, the inspector is assigned to a highly-experienced Field Inspector Supervisor (FIS). The FIS will help the new inspector acclimate to the disaster environment and mentor the inspector to meet the performance benchmarks. We believe that training and equipping our inspectors with the needed knowledge, skills, and support will lead them to a long and successful career as a FEMA Disaster Housing Inspector.
WSP USA Inspection Services is seeking highly motivated men and women to provide services as FEMA Disaster Housing Inspectors. Would you like to work for a company that is committed to the success of its employees? Are you a well-rounded individual? Are you a good communicator who can easily adapt to rapidly changing environments? Do you have a strong drive to succeed, strong judgment, and strong work ethic? WSP USA Inspection Services is looking for inspectors who are willing to embrace our high-performance culture. To learn more about this challenging and rewarding opportunity, visit Join Our Team.
