Dear WSP Inspector,

On behalf of WSP leadership and management, I want to thank you for your commitment to WSP, your good performance, and your great customer service!  You are making a difference!

For example … this morning, a WSP inspector, who is conducting inspections in DeSoto County Florida, shared the following testimony.  “I received a call from an applicant whose home I had visited yesterday. She wanted to let me know that she was interviewed by the Governor of Florida, Ron DeSantis.  The governor asked if FEMA had been to her home.  She responded yes and that a very nice inspector had visited her home earlier that day and had addressed all her concerns.  She has a handicapped son.  She even told the governor that I was nice to her!”  This inspector lives in Florida. I called him and learned that his property had suffered significant damage, yet he had made himself available for deployment.  I thanked him for his commitment and for being a great representative of FEMA, WSP and our inspector cadre!

WSP understands and appreciates the many challenges that you must overcome when working in a disaster environment.  Please make safety a priority!  There is a lot of work ahead.  Working at a steady pace will help you to remain productive and maintain your morale and health.
